Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unless defective).
What should I do if I receive a damaged or missing item?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or it has arrived damaged, please email us at support@mavatek.com. Please include any supporting details such as your order number or any photos (if the order has been delivered to a wrong location and you have photo evidence from a courier, or photo evidence of product damage). Report within 30 days of expected delivery.
We will investigate and come back to you with a resolution within 14–30 business days. On conclusion of your claim from us, you may choose a full refund or a replacement item. If carrier indicates delivery to the confirmed address, merchant may not be liable unless courier confirms misdelivery.
