How long does delivery take?

Under UK law, your order will always be delivered within 30 days of purchase unless you agree otherwise.

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on all items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, you’ll receive a free replacement or full refund. For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return shipping.

How do I request a return or refund?

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unless defective).
What should I do if I receive a damaged or missing item?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or it has arrived damaged, please email us at support@mavatek.com. Please include any supporting details such as your order number or any photos (if the order has been delivered to a wrong location and you have photo evidence from a courier, or photo evidence of product damage). Report within 30 days of expected delivery.
We will investigate and come back to you with a resolution within 14–30 business days. On conclusion of your claim from us, you may choose a full refund or a replacement item. If carrier indicates delivery to the confirmed address, merchant may not be liable unless courier confirms misdelivery.
